REFUND POLICY

At BearClub Ballerz , we strive to provide a high-quality experience for all participants. This Refund Policy outlines our approach to cancellations, missed sessions, and refunds for membership fees. By registering with the club, you agree to the terms below.

 

 

 

1. General Refund Policy

 

1.1. No refunds will be provided for missed sessions due to player absence, including illness, holidays, or personal commitments.

1.2. If a player withdraws from the club after registration, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to the conditions outlined in Section 2.

1.3. Refunds (if applicable) will only be issued to the original payment method used during registration.

1.4. The club reserves the right to update this policy at any time.

 

 

 

2. Player Withdrawal & Membership Cancellations

 

2.1. If a player chooses to leave the club before the season or term ends:

• Within 14 days of registration: A full refund will be issued, minus any administrative costs, provided no sessions have been attended.

• After 14 days but before the halfway point of the term: A partial refund may be considered at the club’s discretion.

• After the halfway point of the term: No refund will be issued.

 

2.2. If a player is dismissed from the club due to a breach of the Code of Conduct (e.g., misconduct, repeated absences, failure to follow rules), no refund will be provided.

 

 

 

3. Club Cancellations & Session Disruptions

 

3.1. Weather Policy: Sessions will continue in all weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by the club (e.g., extreme weather, unsafe pitch conditions). No refunds will be given for sessions held in adverse weather.

3.2. Club-Initiated Cancellations: If the club cancels a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., venue closure, coach unavailability), a replacement session will be offered where possible.

3.3. If the club must suspend operations for more than four consecutive weeks, affected players may be offered:

• A credit for future sessions, OR

• A partial refund, at the club’s discretion.

 

3.4. The club is not responsible for refunds due to events beyond its control, such as:

• Government restrictions (e.g., COVID-19 lockdowns).

• Natural disasters or force majeure events.

 

 

 

4. How to Request a Refund

 

4.1. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [Your Contact Email], stating the reason for the request.

4.2. The club will review refund requests within 14 days and notify the applicant of the outcome.

4.3. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 working days via the original payment method.
